Default selling thrift/yard sale Nike and North face?

If I sell these "new with tags" or just "like new" condition.. will I be able to sell these on eBay without looking at a ban? Ive heard a lot of bad things about branded items and sales.

Or if I do sell these should I just not try to sell very many a month or something?

ermm. no you cannot sell these on a new account.
It does NOT matter if they new or old, the brand is still there and it will get your account closed.

These are HIGH risk brands.

Agree with Ms. Bunneh.....You gotta sell low risk stuff. Northface....you wouldn't make it past a few days.

The North Face is NOTOROIOULSY suspicious of anyone selling any of their items. Nike is not quite as bad, but they are still pretty bad.

I think you might get away with selling a vintage Nike that they no longer make, but certainly not anything current.

I've never understood the popularity of the North Face brand. When I lived in Chicago, and took the train to work, it seemed like every guy under 30 was wearing one of their jackets. But they are very plain, with the exception of their logo. I just don't get it.

Maybe their jackets are warmer than other jackets?

That COULD be, but they don't LOOK like anything special.

I think its something to do with the logo? People love seeing it for some reason.. maybe its like a status symbol hah idk.

So if I only listed one per month after building up a few months of history would that maybe work? That sucks you can't sell used clothes without issues too.

I find most of the 'vanity' brands to be grossly overpriced, and rarely worth the extra money in terms of product.

Well, you probably will have FEWER issues selling used items. But those two particular brands are sticklers.

Some brands only care about new sales, like Bose. You can generally see their items used with few problems. At least in my experience. I don't see many electronics, but I have sold used Bose equipment. It was too good a deal to pass up.

With Northface or any other brand you always pay extra for the name, but they really do make nice warm outerwear, without a lot of bulk, they are high quality

Sell Nike and you can say goodbye to your account.

North Face is popular among the underground hipster/skate kids scene, I use to sell a lot of North Face beanies but never on eBay though....... Try weekend vintage markets.
