Can I set up a new stealth using a VCC instead of a pre-paid card?

Yes of course! entropay is a good source of vcc. Just need to make sure the VCC is from a good source.

The VCC is connected to a NetSpend account (vanilla pre paid). Looks like it will let me create a few VCCs.
Is it OK to create these and use on multiple stealth accounts?

This is a bad idea, Just use a Gift Card or VCC from the forum...not sure why this is so difficult.

Entropay VCC works fine for me.

Yeah, the various prepaid VCC's will work too, but I've mostly moved away from them and use the gift cards instead. I feel safer with them. I use the last one I use to verify to buy the next card. :)

What about using a Visa vanilla card , the type that can't be reloaded?
