3 Months Evaluation Help
 

I am on 3 months Evaluation.

I am alittle confused over this.

Normally I never had any problems with defects.

But this account, I am doomed.

My 3 months evaluation is March to May.
My transactions are well over 400 each month.

The thing I need to know.

When would the defects fall off for the months for March and April?
I was told it would be on June and July.

I keep getting different things from eBay, or I just do not understand it.

My defects rate is 3.21%
3 defects are coming off because I appealed for them and was successful.
Sold loads of items so would go down more.
