Question about restricted eBay account and NEW eBay account ?
 

hi guys :)
my Question is ... let's say i got restricted on my old ebay account and i can't sell anymore OK
then i changed my info on old ebay like first name and last name and phone number and email and i unlinked it from my paypal and ALSO changed Primary email on paypal OK
then i changed my IP , clear my cookies , clear saved passwords OK
then i bought NEW stealth eBay account from someone here in this site OK

SO

NOW can i link my new ebay account with the old paypal account ((unlinked from the old ebay)) ???
can i put my info like phone number and email and address and email in my new ebay account ((changed to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info on my old ebay))

so guys i wanna ask yall before i do all that ?? can i do it ????? i know ebay robot can get me if i'm using info already used or link paypal still linking to the old ebay BUT how if i did the steps i told you ??? please help

Changing info will only affect your side. Their side? Nope. They'll remember it forever.
Better start fresh.

GUYS i understand i got learn stealth. BUT i heard when someone got big sells per month , ebay and paypal they gonna call ask for ID copy and SSN and TAX ID and some stuff ??? is that true ?????

Paypal and eBay dont just share the information they hold on the account, there's also your unique paypal merchant ID, unique to each and every account, one you cannot regenerate nor change. That is enough for ebay to pickup your paypal account and its past.
