Added tracking for non-receipt, case still open?
 
How long does it take ebay to update a dispute if I added tracking? Dropshipper was slow, they opened a case since they didnt get it. I added tracking and it was delivered 2 days ago. Only option is to call them.. At least during business hours.

Dont call if its stealth account.

Leave it for a while, when they get to reviewing it, they should close in your favour.

Though, if you do call, they will review it straight away, but you risk losing your account.
