Bottom of the best match
 

Hi,
My items had always shown within one of the first listings in the best match search.
Now when I search for my items with the same keywords, they all appear in the bottom of the listings, almost invisible.
I didn't do any important thing in my account and nothing important was happened since the last time I checked the best match results.
Maybe it's just a glitch and it will be fixed soon, or something severe was happened?

this sometimes happen to me when my previous listings gets removed due to violations or some sort.. or low DSR.

It's strange because my DSR, feedback, and defect rate are in good standing, and I didn't get any violations.

Can someone help me?
My account is screwed up.
I tried to list my items in other account and my items appear in the top.
Only in a specific account that used to be my main account my items appear in the bottom.
What makes it even more strange is that if I search in ebay UK and ES for example my standing in the best match results is ok.
The problem only occurs in ebay COM

What should I do?

Nothing......No one here works for Ebay, There's nothing you can do.

I know that no one here is working for eBay.
I ask if maybe anyone here have experience with this problem and therefore can help me.

Goggle search something like "working with eBays Cassini best Match" you will get a ton of information, YouTube seminars all about the new system that was implemented in the summer of 2013.

It makes things more competitive to get your listing to be visible and in the top , whereas prior any new seller could jump right on and sell just as much as a seller that has been TRS for 10 years

I just wanted to update you that finally after about a month all is back to normal.
My listings appear in the appropriate place in the best match search again :)
If it happens to you, don't lose your hope, someday it will be back to normal.
