We're having trouble printing your label

We had problem getting PayPal payment authorization. Please log into PayPal and update the funding source.

so just got that message i wonder whats going on?

i usually get that message when i dont have enough funds in my paypal balance to cover the cost.. is this new account ? maybe you only have $1.95 available in your paypal, and shipping cost more

i have more thats in hold
yes its a new account
i have taken some from the funds in hold before
so this is a surprise

Make sure your available balance (excluding any payments on hold) is sufficient to cover the cost of paying fees.

As for the error, are your funding sources active and working?

okay i know now
so they wont let you print a label if if the cost of shipping is over 15 dollars
