PayPal Holds On New Accounts
 

How long does it take before you have immediate access to your PayPal funds? This is referring to PayPal holding funds for new sellers. I have several stealth accounts, and would like to sell more expensive items, but there's no way I'm shipping them until I've already withdrawn the money.

I think the 21-days fund holding on paypal is 3 months from your first sale, maybe someone else can confirm that please

Assuming that paypal withdrawal to bank account can take up to 72 hours long, you must set your handling time to at least 3 days or more. From buyer's and also ebay's perspective, that's not really good. When shopping at ebay I would skip that kind of seller. Buyers love to have their merchandise right away after they made a payment. With that plan, you put yourself at risk of negative feedback that can directly affect your DSR.

You have to meet all 3 of these requirements: 90 days from your first sale, $250 in total sales, and 25 transactions.
