New Paypal account to good standing eBay account
 

I have a paypal account that I think I have screwed up. Paypal hit me with that SSN EIN email. Once I entered my EIN they asked for the last digits on my social security, which I clearly don't have because it is a stealth account. I am thinking My paypal is pretty much screwed! Question is, can I use a new paypal account on my still good eBay account? Will this trigger something bad if I add a new paypal to my good standing eBay account?

You cannot use another PayPal instead of the old one.

PayPal and eBay goes in pair. If you lose one the other cannot be coupled with a brand new one.
You will get linked and also the new PP will go down.
