They stay on your account, but dont reflect on your feedback % score, after 12 months elapses. :)

Just realised OP asked about dsr as well. Im not 100% sure, but I assume since theyre attached to feedback, the same applies.

Important not to become paranoid over a bad dsr and feedback here and there. Try to maintain atleast 4.8 and 98%, and you should be fine. You will never please every customer, some just have a bad day (everday).
