Would getting an ebay store protect from being banned/suspended?
Are they less likely to suspend you if you are paying that $20 a month?

Paying eBay 1,000+ a month in fees won't save you from eBays banhammer.

I'd laugh if it weren't so sad.

EB will steal $.01 from you if they think they can get away with it, but they've got too much pride to be bribed by $20 or 20K, go figure.

no. ebay store can actually make you more likely to be suspended if you don't perform well. for instance the anchor and 2nd level store you cannot fall into the below standard category at all. whereas the basic store u can fall into the below standard category and get hit on the wrist.

After selling on ebay for over 10 years without a store I got suspended for the first time 2 months after opening a store.

every one and their mom and pop used to have an ebay store when they were free and useful to make a brand
