Security Questions and other info

I have been building cookies in my eBay Stealth account. I went to the section where you can sign in and update PAYPAL .There is a section that asks to set up security questions.
Should I do this?

Yes. No reason not to

Yes, it is a normal step in creating a paypal account.

Put in answers that are made up. When they ask me "elementary school name" I put in "public school #145" or some such. Just keep track of your answers.
