Retrieve photos from ebay messages
 

A buyer claimed the package I sent was empty and provided photos of the package that he had received. These were posted 35 days ago and I can no longer see the photos in the message. Is it possible to retrieve the photos?

if it was done thru ebay, ebay has them stored
if it was email, do a search in your email

Yes, I was really hoping that ebay would store them. However, the representative I spoke to seem to be clueless and her exact words were " well, if we can't see the photos, then we can't really help you with your case". WTF...it was uploaded into their system and now they're blaming me for the disappearance of those photos...

buyers are not required to add photos unless ebay asks the buyer to do so which is meaningless anyways because its so easy to take a picture of a empty box....

The picture doesn't matter. You will lose.
Happens to me at least once a year from lowlife thieves.

Been keeping in touch with the buyer through ebay messages. He hasn't response ever since I requested for him to reupload the photos of the box including the shipping label. This person is now opening a return case and of course...he's trying to return an empty box, which will also causing me money to pay for the return shipping fees. If there's lawyer who is willing to take this case and sue ebay, I'll let him keep every penny.
