Intention of one day opening up a new account on my name when i do move out
 

Will this be possible. Had a previous account which got suspended due to high risk selling behavior. Would one day like to have a legitimate eBay account in which i can sell and maybe link to my site (ie same name as site).

How will i go about this. Can only think of my name which can cause the link but I have a very common name.

I know i would need to open up a new bank and etc. But other than the name and maybe DOB would there be anything else which can link me?

If you have never given eBay the UK equivalent of a Social Security Number, then I do not see anything that could link you via automation. Of course, the one issue is the DATE OF BIRTH. But if your name is quite common, it could easily work. If eBay asked you about it, I would just say I never lived at the banned address and have no idea who that person is.

Of course, with eBay, there are no guarantees.
