Refund won't go through on return. Help
I hit the refund button when the return completed but got the below. I then tried it though paypal but there is no option to refund. Was going to just send the money directly but The funds for the refund are placed. I can ask ebay to step in but won't that hurt my Defect rate?. Please help
The refund you sent didn't go through
To try again, log in to PayPal and go to the Transaction Details page and click Issue Refund.
You can also send money directly to the buyer through PayPal, but you'll need to cancel this transaction to receive your final value fee back. |
