Account suspended due to VERO issue
 
My account was suspended due to several VERO issues, my questions are:

1,Can I add a new email to previous Paypal, and link this Paypal to my new created eBay account to sell? my Paypal is not suspended.
Will that caused suspension on my new eBay account?

2, If my eBay account is suspended, Paypal is not. Can I use different bank account of the same name to create new Paypal account then link to new eBay account?

Not going to be able to use the PP with another eBay account

Need to make a new PayPal with the new eBay account

P.S.
My eBay account and Paypal account are in different name, total 2 two different holders.

It makes no difference. Once the PayPal account has been linked to an eBay account, eBay can tell if that same PayPal account gets linked to a different eBay account. Any eBay account you link that PayPal account to will likely be closed.

Do NOT attach new accounts to old ones

The link to your old suspended ebay accout always gonna stay on your paypal. That being said, eB and PP recently started pushing that eB and PP from now on should be considered as 2 separate entities. I don't know that their information policies will be though.

There is a 5 year agreement in place for information sharing to continue. Nothing is likely to change for at least 5 years.

Do not use that paypal with another email

In the future dont add model numbers or anything like that to your listings that will cause flags in some categories.
