How to safely start a new stealth on old computer
 

I recently got a new Internet provider, so that will give me a new IP. I was wondering what I should do with my computer that had a suspended account. From what I read from Ebay stealth, it just told me to use CC Cleaner and clear all my cookies and history. Is there anything else you guys recommend?

Make a new user account on the computer and you'll be good.

Stealth is safe on an old computer. EB/PP can't see the MAC address of the machine nor the router/modem.
Just do what zexaah suggested. Create a new user account and manage stealth from there.... the easy way.

If you are really concerned, REFORMAT the old computer.
Clearing cookies, deleting cache will never fully remove what ebay, amazon puts on there.
New windows user account like they mentioned.

I was thinking of reformatting my Hard drive, but I cant find my windows OS etc. I think i will create a new Windows user to make my life a little easier.

theres much debate about amazon's supposed ability to track mac addresses. The fact is they cannot, but the algorithm they use for identifying users to a single computer is extremely complex and largely accurate.

A reformat would be recommended for amazon and ebay as well in YOUR situation. Yes, a new user profile would normally suffice, but you are not using VPNs to separate user accounts... so that means anything left behind from your tainted account's main computer profile can cause a mess for your new squeaky clean IP.

Current browsers can often hide add-ons or notification settings that are hidden beacons. Email images can be just as risky, so the best route for both ebay and amazon for you is to just format and reinstall your OS and entirely separate from the email accounts associated BEFORE you format.

You are starting new! and formatting doesn't even cost much!

So my computer is completely reformatted with new ISP and everything. Now the issue is my old amazon account has a banned EIN. What should i do at this point?
