Should I pay the balance on suspended eBay account?
 

My eBay account was suspended last month and I have no chance to use it for selling again. I still have over $100 balance on the invoice. Should I pay this balance or ignore it, since I will never use this account—and other linked accounts—again? What will happen if I don't pay? Will eBay send this case to collection agency to collect money from me? Will it hurt my credit score?

Even if it is a stealth account i would pay the balance.

You used their services so you should pay their fees.

If they should wish to pursue you for the balance, they will pass the debt on to a collection agency and all associated costs.

Its is ALWAYS advised to pay due balances.

YES, ebay actively pursues money owed and it can/will tarnish your credit rating.


Likewise, it is always advised to pay stealth balances. Too much unnecessary attention and exposure from stealth accounts hurts the community at large and is not the goal of stealth at all.

Pay taxes, pay balances, and long live success through stealth.
