Block competitor from certain state
 

I have been getting a lot of orders from one state but different cities. I have also encountered a few returns and one person actually claimed the package to be empty in order to get their money refunded and keep the package. For some reason, I have a feeling this might be a competitor / scammer who is also using their stealth accounts to make these purchases and return them with me covering for the shipping fees both ways. Is it possible to block buyers from one specific state? I'm getting too many messages and offers from many different interest buyers who are also from this one state and they all have VERY low feedbacks.:mad:

I don't believe this is possible on eBay. I think the most you could do is to add these people to your blocked bidder list.

Masybe someone else has a solution, I could be wrong.
