Ebay auction managers

When you use an auction manager such as Autiva can Ebay tell who you are?
For instance if I want to sell "downloadable" software which is legit with license and all and Ebay has a problem with it will it just be removed or can Ebay go thru the auction manager and suspend my account?

EBay can only limit your EBay account, they can't directly affect your managing site....
