Default Avoiding ebay bots

Does anyone know how to avoid these annoying bots removing listing as soon as I include certain keywords.

Does misspelling the word or using dash between help, any other tactics?

If your selling High Risk Items....it won't really matter what you do, your stuff will be taken down.

Your thinking a little to much. That's not possible.

Look at other sellers who are listing the same or very similar items without having them removed. Find out what tactics they use to avoid their listings being removed. Yes, their ARE ways to DECREASE the chances of your item being removed (or at least delay it), but eBay will always catch it given a long enough time-frame. This is why its suggested to let accounts "cool-off" after being given a warning.

Depends on a series of things. 90 days is good for most things.

The policy violation itself will "fall-off" after a certain pre-determined period of time. eBay will list how long this will take to occur. Keep in mind it's on eBay records FOREVER, just not on your account metrics.
