When trying to add banking info on PP...
 

... it's not allowing me to enter in my damn checking and routing number with the associated bank. Keeps saying that it's invalid and I know for sure its not.

So I skip that and try to enter my CC number with the associated bank and it's not going through because it's telling me I need to verify my billing address (the address that i previously entered during setup obviously isn't my true billing address that is linked to the CC).

Thoughts/Solutions?

Notes: I accessed the registration page by going through the 'New PP User' on EB.

Ridiculous. I close everything out and try it all again and it worked just fine. FFS, hate these guys.

BUT on my second attempt at adding the same CC number, it failed again, then clicked 'add' again and it worked. Such a stupid system.

Their system can be glitch at times.
Out of curiosity - what bank was the account with?

PayPal will drive you nuts with their glitches

Glitches are well-known with PP - sometimes changing browser helps too

WellsFargo. I currently use them on another account, still working nicely with mismatching name :D
