So my situation is like this.
My Real info has been burn due to selling illegal stuff,
Bank - burn
Credit card - burn
Email - burn
Paypal - burn

got new stealth with new info and god some money that i want to withdraw,
how can I manage to do it?

Since you already have a new stealth will all new info, it sounds like all you need is a new bank account. Is it possible for you to open up another bank account?

New bank account is the safest bet. U guess you can cash by purchasing items and reshipping it to yourself that works

Thank for your replay guys,
One problem, When i need to enter the details of the bank account in paypal, he will ask name and last name, that info is also burn.
What should i do?

You keep the name of the STEALTH account - which bank you using?

Paypal have no way of seeing the name of the bank account owner so the name doesnt make any difference in this case.
What you do need to make sure of is that the bank doesnt have any issue with deposits being made from mismatching names. Several threads discuss the topic so do some research on it.

Yes, you'll need to use your real name when opening up the bank account. Paypal cannot see the real name on the bank account, so it won't be a problem for you.

On paypal you use the name you used to create the paypal account.
