Instant vcc confirmation?
 

I mentioned this in another thread but I would like to repost that here since it was someone else's thread. So recently I found a new prepaid avs vcc to attached to my pay pals. It's not vanilla. It apparently has full avs. How is this different from vanilla? Well vanilla only registers the zip code. I read on some PayPal community forum about how some debits or credit cards when you attach to it will not ask you to confirm it with the EXPUSE PIN code found in your vcc statement. I noticed this back when I made my business personal real account. I had a Bank of America debt card and I added it to PayPal. It didn't ask for me to confirm or anything and under status it said confirm. I even called in to ask about it. Idk if this is a PayPal business thing or what. But recently I've made some stealth business accounts and I noticed when I used this new prepaid vcc which has full avs that when I registered it allowed me to install confirm it. Like the status also said confirmed. I am unsure if this is just a glitch or am I going crazy but can someone else confirm this theory for me?
