My Re-instated Account & My Husbands New Account

I hope someone can help here....

I recently had my account re-instated (i got vero'd a few times and a copyright breach) and everything looks OK although i am not buying or selling on this i would rather let it cool down for a bit...it is my own legitimate account with my real name, address, bank, landline etc....

My husband also has an account but its only like a month old with 2 or 3 feedbacks. Now what i want to ask is should i start selling on this account - obviously both accounts are linked because we live at the same address and have the same landline - What i want to know is if he gets vero'd once or has a copyright breach then will he get suspended immediatly or will he go through the warnings etc......should i use his account from a different IP address and a different windows user account?

i would say go through the necessary steps of pclearing private info/changing ip and continue selling from there.

one question though, how was he able to use the same landline connected to a suspended account? wouldnt that be instant suspension???

he registered his account (with same landline) before i got suspended. in the middle of my suspension he created a seller account (getting an automated call & putting pin number in) but did not sell at all just created the account.
