Used Item Returns
 

I had a buyer send back 3 molds that they claimed they never used because they weren't the right size. I can tell they've been used as they smell like chocolate instead of the new silicone smell.

This is the 2nd time this has happened where I got molds sent back used. Last time I let it go but I don't want this to become a common thing.

How can I prove to eBay that they have been used? Photos won't show any use. They also weren't in the original packaging.

I guess take pics of how the item was outbid the return parcel and pics of signs of use? This is why inform accept returns

nope.. but i dropship so....the return process for me is more trouble then its worth.

The buyer is always right. Do not fight a fight you cannot win. eBay will side with the buyer.
Do the refund, avoide the eBay case against your account and move on.

So sorry my iphone and it's autocorrect. I was saying you should take pics of the signs of use and pics of how it looked when you opened the return parcel. And I said I never accept returns

IMO, declining buyers from returning an item is just asking for 1's on DSRs
