Guess mode in Chrome perfect for creating accounts

Differences between Guest mode and incognito mode
Both Guest mode and Incognito mode are temporary browsing modes, but there are some basic differences between them.

Guest mode: A user in Guest mode does not leave any browsing history or cookies on the computer. In addition, they can't see or modify the computer owner's Chrome profile.

Incognito mode: You don't leave browsing history and cookies on your computer, but you can still see your existing history, bookmarks, passwords, Autofill data, and other Chrome settings.
Important: Neither Incognito mode nor Guest mode makes you invisible on the web. Websites you visit, your employer, or your service provider can still see your browsing activity.

Dont use this alot when on ebay and mostly paypal, you will get hit with a ton of phone verifications and soon be limited. Cookies are a must

This raises a lot of red flags with Paypal and Ebay.

Before I discovered this forum. I used to do this and always got limited.
It doesn't work long term. Maybe a few months MAX...

I'm not planning to manage my accounts with guess mode ofcourse. Longterm I will use dedicated browsers for each and everyone of them. Guess mode is for initially creating to avoid the deleting the cookies.

How long does it take to set up a new user account or delete cookies? I wouldn't risk my accounts based on chrome's word that no cookies are kept.
