Country Change Ebay, What about Paypal?

Hi I already went through the posts but could not find a relevant answer.

I have a few stealth ebay accounts and want to change the Country of residence.

First of all: Will this 100% raise issues with paypal?

Secondly : the issue is that I cannot change the country with paypal. meaning at the end the details will not match with ebay.

So i was wondering if it would be smart to create a new paypal with the address details of the new country and attach it to the ebay account?

Hi, what is the specific reason why you want to change the country of your accounts?

I guess doing so will draw attention and will rise some flags...

Do not open a new PayPal to attach to the other eBay... this will mess up the situation.

Explain your plan a little bit more.

Its a belgian account and want to change the country to Germany.

As I will be selling in Germany it would better.

I think is possible to sell with your Belgium acount in Germany just change item location?
