New stealth account-some listings are not showing up after 10 hours
 

I have a new stealth account. Waited the 3 days to list as I was told to do. I listed 2 children's clothing items and 2 games today. 1 of the children's items is showing up and the rest of the items are not. The weird thing is that both children's items are the same brand. Should I be worried or is this normal? :pout:

it can take 24 hours or longer. Listing games right away is not recommended, though

Are these the same games you mentioned in your last thread?

If so, this account won't last long.

yup it's normal, usually it takes up to 24 hours for a listing to be posted.

This is one of the reasons it is rarely advisable to have a 1 day auction. You can often be waiting 18 hours or more for the listing to become visible.

It is normal. Most I have had to wait for it to appear is 12 hours. Ebay claims it may take up to 24 hours. Also, some stuff will show immediately, then disappear, then reappear after 12-24 hours. So dont get freaked out. Nothing is out of the ordinary. Ebay is just sucking like the pro they are! :amen:

I recently had this happen with a 1 day like mentioned above. Cause me to have to sell the item at cost because not enough views. This new fee schedule had cause the speed of auction based sale to plummet. Also, it seem the buyitnow feature is way different that it was say a few months ago. My listings are becoming hard to rank higher although the item is not that saturated. I've to figure out the modification to the algorithm.

the posters above are correct, it takes 24 hours to add the listing to the search on ebay. they cannot be added instantaneously because hundreds of thousands of people around the country are doing it all at the same time....
