anyways back on topic... use vip72.com they suck but they get the job don. i mean 30 bucks for 250 ips isnt a bad deal.

Do not use sslprivateproxy. Bunch of aholes. They banned all my proxies and vpns because I had a disagreement with their tech guy who accidentally changed an ip address on a vpn that I was using, without notifying me. I confronted him and he threw a hissy fit.

tldr; use 24vc.com.

not using one at the moment but used purevpn.com before, 25$ a month for a vpn is obscene, no offense lol

If you have the knowledge or can hire some one to setup a linux VPS for you its a good and cheap option too.

I always use 24vc.com, they are a bit more expensive than some others at $25 dollars a month for a dedicated ip address but offer a good and reliable service, also if you have any problems they are quick to reply and assist you in any way they can

No such thing as better, they both have their own pros and cons so its just a matter of personal preference. One of the reasons why I prefer a VPN over a VPS is I manage many accounts so with a VPN I can combine it with VMware and easily have 5 computers running at the same time with 5 VPNs connected at the same each with a different dedicated ip and switch between multiple ebay, paypal, and amazon accounts with just one click. So its amazing for multi-tasking and using my time efficiently.
