VPN and IP Address

I've been using a static VPN IP address but there have been problems with the VPN server which forces me to connect to a different IP address. Will switching around IP addresses get my Ebay account closed?

Try to get an IP address that's close to the geolocation of the old IP address. Same state if possible.
