My name is difficult to find a nickname for. Everyone suggest ignoring the guide and not using family or friends info or their accounts. So my last option is open a business paypal. I already have a business organization and Employer ID I can use? Will this be enough?

how about make up a name like everyone else?
Even if you open a business account you will have to have a contact name.

Here is one for you:
Arnold Brown or maybe Jamie Roberts or Craig Reynolds or Lisa Baldwin or John Doyle maybe Samantha Smith

I've read a lot of members who complain that ebay and paypal eventually ask for documentation and identification . What happens when you have a false name?

You always have the alternative of not selling on ebay or using paypal. Not sure if that is a better option for you.
