if i don't get a registered agent will it compromise my privacy?
 

Just asking to those who has got experience with this. Do you get unsolicited mail to your home? If you do is the amount too much? Small enough to not care? Thanks in advance.

Well, you CAN end up on a couple of mailing lists, but it is no big. deal. If you are trying to make sure Amazon or eBay cannot link your name to the business by registered agent, you could hire a registered agent or have a friend be the registered agent. Usually, the only requirement most states have for a registered agent is that they be a resident of the state and maintain an address in that state.

You will get flyers from USPS, Shipstation, Stamps.com, equity firms offering loans, tons of credit card processors. Local and national banks with offers, Verizon, ATT etc...for internet and phone solicitations.
Much of it is useful truthfully.
