How do you safely withdraw money from STEALTH Paypal account?
 

I purchased an ebay&paypal stealth account 2 weeks ago. Just read recently not to transfer funds from stealth Paypal to my other Paypal account which already has my personal bank account attached. I know going to the bank and opening another account then linking it to the stealth Paypal is an option; is that the ONLY option?

Pretty much the only SAFE choice.
There are other methods but theyre all risky to some extent and none would work long term - which is the ultimate goal with proper stealth.

Yes that is the only really tried and tested safe option

Adding a bank is the safest way. If you paid good money for a new account don't risk it by doing paypal transfers. Attach a NEW bank account.

Ok. Thanks. I understand linking a bank account is the best way. Is it possible to purchase a gift card or something from Walmart, etc using the funds currently in my Paypal account?

Yes and no.

I did it once and it worked fine but that was over a year ago...

I tried about 6 months ago and both times it never got processed by walmart because of "mismatching names". They're cracking down on these giftcards because if you steal someones card you go buy one of these for 500 bucks and so on before the block the card. This is why they like info to match.

Now when you go to buy one you usually HAVE to pay via debit unless you speak with a manager but they're overall very high risk nowandays..

I have never been able to purchase any pre-paid card in person without hard, cold CASH.

Me too. Most stores don't like to accept credit cards for gift cards, because in the event of fraud, they are left holding the bag, so to speak. It used to be one of the big ways that thieves cashed out stolen credit cards.

Weird.

I have had one CVS tell me no but otherwise its never been a problem. I never minded doing debit but on one my cards I wanted to use I was waiting for the pin so I couldn't do debit...

The manager only let me off by my appearance. He did stare at my I.D for a good long minute which was awkward but oh well haha

My intention was never to do that so up until I had to use credit it just went over my head why they'd get so suspicious when I used a card. It makes perfect sense as to why they would reject people buying with a card BUT I've bought ALOT with one.

Can you specify which stores? I'm sure that would be helpful to many members.

For the record, I always buy mine at Wal-Mart and Kroger, and have NEVER been able to get away with using anything other than CASH.

I buy all my gift cards from kroger & I've never used cash. Just my Amex.

Debit is just as good as cash. Works at walmart for everything including money orders and all gift cards. Cvs is the only store I've ever bought a gift card with a credit card.

Why not use gyft.com to buy gift cards for store such as bestbuy target amazon home depot.. and hundreds others ?

Have you had success? Everytime I've tried it says system detected unusual activity or 3 hour hold. Never once had a gyft transaction go through?

First, you need to attach a VBA/bank to your paypal and your paypal account has to be verified..

Second, open gyft.com account and buy a gift card that is $25 or less with your paypal account.. and use your gift card...once this is complete you can buy higher amount on your next gyft purchased after a week or so.

Don't try to buy any gift card over $25 on your gyft brand new account or else gyft will refund you and closed your account.

i have been dealing with this for a year now. i used to be able to buy prepaid mastercards and put the max $500 on them with no problems. now i only ever buy $25 and $50 cards. they still get up my ass every time i go to buy the carss. some i use for selling, some i use for buying. its crazy. ive had employees treat me like a thief and store managers yell at me.

ive often thought about suing them cause they piss me off.

Damn, I would hate to cash out with Gift Cards....sounds like a pain the @ss and more work than Bank withdrawals.

Just another option. Just like using the account to pay in store.

Great. I think once your get your first purchase successful then the gyft account should be no problem.

I use gyft to buy grocery/household items at target, home improving stuff at home depot and electronics at bestbuy. and buy everything else on amazon. it's better than transferring cash to my bank (invisible)

Yes I agree. Do u always input those into one gyft app on your phone? Or do you just print them off? Just wondering if u have to be stealth. Like buy for yourself or email when u purchase? I remember when walmart was on there for a short time.
