Ebay Opening a Store ? negates Limits?

So Im confused I read this on one read:

" Limits will still apply even if you open a store.

If your current limits are 10, then they will be 10 even after you open the store."

Now look at this ebay account:

http://www.ebay.com/sch/elbo411/m.ht...1&_ipg=&_from=

I have followed him since he only had 0 feedback back in June when he started. He always had 120-150 listings and a store. If most accounts start with 5-10 limit how is this possible? He got an unlimited account? He has another account in good standings?

It is extremely simple to get high limitts fast.

HUGE aspect though is if THAT account is a registered business.

What does feedback have to do with items listed?

Registered business has a location, tax ID, business license, USUALLY a landline telephone number, Google profile, yellow page listing can easily be found in a search etc...
Example: a retail store

is the extremely fast method just listing to your limit every month? I tried requesting higher limits on ebay but it says they cant verify my information.

That seller you are referring to most likely can verify.

There is a good thread about raising selling limits from the past day or two.

is it a bad thing if you verified and it didn't work? Are you like destined to get banned now?

No but you may not get increases. Sometimes the account gets locked.
