VeRO Policy re New with Defects Items?
 

Hi guys: I'm new here. I was reading through the forums and didn't see anyone bring up the fact that eBay has a category "New with Defects" for the condition of the item.

A lot of branded items that you can buy from Factory Direct malls are irregular items with some defects and deeply discounted because of stitching issues. I was wondering if anyone knows what eBay's policy is regarding listing designer items as New with Defects.

Does that raise a red flag with them as a possible VeRO take down?

Vero is still vero....i personally do a little bit of what your explaining...going into marshalls or whatever and buying the good stuff for a huge discount for defect reasons or whatever but ebay is still ebay...that shht is still branded...and vero is still vero...your going to have the same issues listing this stuff no matter if you list it as "used" or "defective" or whatever. Be careful

If you have many Stealth accounts you can try and list those items, but dont list the same item into all accounts in case they will be shut down,try on one account and be careful with this.

Depends on the brand. Sometimes brand (Montblanc as an example) won't allow to sell their stuff by an unauthorized dealer.
