Switching Paypal account
 

Hi all,

I am buying an eBay and Paypal account with high limit and will start selling soon. I know that Paypal will eventually asks for a tax ID. I have an EIN ready but of course it is registered under a name different from the one in PP account.

To get around this problem, I plan to register a new PP account with legit info and when my f@ke PP account approaches limit, I will switch to use the legit PP with the same eBay account.

My question is, when I do that will eBay raises a red flag? Will eBay reduce my selling limit for switching PP account?

Using many stealth accounts is not my plan because I have some employees and they are not accustomed to stealth idea. Even if they do, they can easily make mistakes to link accounts.

Thats not a great plan tbh

Just add the EIN to the stealth accounts. That works fine. Lots of posts on the forum explaining it in more detail

Sorry but switching account is bad idea.
One high limit account so that means high priced items?
High priced items - more chance to get red flag.

As you say employees can link accounts, then buy different computers for them, let them use few stealth account, and teach them to follow instructions.
