Strange. paypal account is card verififed but paypal says it's not.

It's messing up with my withdrawal limit. this account is over 90 days old and hasn't sold over 500 a month until now. account has about 30 transactions and 10 feedback. and 2000 in sales. This is really weird. I have over 600 sitting. I did link another card but won't be verified for a couple days.

This account isn't phone verified but that doesn't mess with the withdrawl limit right?.

Phone verification will not mess with withdrawal limit. As long as you have 2/3 things done you should be fine.

1. Ssn.
2. Bank account.
3. Verified card on file.

Maybe after you get the code for the other card your withdraw limit would be lifted. Goodluck to you let me know how it goes!
