1 out of every 10 transactions has a problem... To be honest, your account is all over ther place- I assume you are selling something thats cheap and people are generally not happy with the quality. Unless you have THOUSANDS of sales a month, its pretty difficult to start an account with poor product without ending up in the situation that you are in.
Why have you cancelled transactions? I've done over 2k sales and I don't think I've ever cancelled transaction to be honest.
In general, I think you need to look at the product that you are selling and perhaps use images and description part to give customer more accurate understanding of what they are purchasing. |
