Dropshipping from amazon. Why not use another seller?

When people dropship from amazon why not use another seller besides amazon. I know sometimes it would be too expensive to do so but why do people suggest only using amazon? Using another seller means you wouldn't get an amazon box right?

I don't know how anyone can answer this, you would need to ask them.

Maybe I didn't ask it properly. When dropshipping from amazon to ebay one main complaint is that the buyer receives a amazon box and knows where it came from. On some items you can ship from an amazon seller instead of directly from amazon, thereby avoiding the box with amazon on it. Why do people not do this more often?

Whose to say people aren't already doing this....personally I can't see myself putting the faith of my account on an Amazon third party seller and hoping they ship quickly enough.

I once bought an item from an Ebay seller who did this....and guess what? inside the package was an Amazon sales receipt for the item! I chewed that ebay seller out and had their account restricted.

Reason why it shows up in a amazon box is because they use amazon prime to drop ship free 2 day shipping. One of the huge reasons why amazon don't accept prepaid cards because of the abuse of Prime.

It took the Seller 4 days to ship my item, they clearly had 1 day processing and all I got were excuses. Once I saw it was an Amazon seller who sent me my item it made sense.

My old partner used to do exactly this and he said most people didnt care because his markup was only a dollar or two. But people get pissed when they can clearly see they could have gotten a much better deal had they just looked around. Even more upset when they see you exploited their ignorance to this fact.

Yeah, also probably the fact that the person selling the item lied about dropshipping the item. Would you like to buy an item from a US seller and find out the item is coming from China?

Personally, I could care less but the fact that I ordered an item and the seller had zero control of the item such as quality, shipping time, or if the item is even in stock.

Re: Dropshipping from amazon. Why not use another seller?

I bought a book, 48 laws of power from eBay and ended getting a Amazon package. Well the seller made after fees 8-10 bucks in profit but the point is I knew what he made.

Ignorance is bliss.

Anyone buying something for a deal knows the seller is most likely hustling them in some fashion or they wouldn't be selling it. But most smart people don't promote their profit nor show where it came from.

If you walked into a target and bought a iPhone case and on the receipt it showed what it cost to make the charger and apples profit off it, it may not make you mad but it will irritate some people. Same thing with this.

I left the seller a negative and he got all pissy but as a seller myself it almost just seems disrespectful, imho
