Same buyer, different username

I know this situation has been posted a bunch of times but mine is a little different.

I just had the same person buy 2 of the same items within 3 minutes of each other but used different usernames for each order. Both usernames created today. Both paid with the same paypal account. Both going to the same name/address.

Should I be worried this is going to turn out to be a negative feedback situation from a possible competitor?
