Don't lose sleep over this. It's just a prediction you ungrateful bast#. Over reacting and catching a heart attack over a thread wft?

I know down the road if this does occur it won't be a problem for me. It may require a hack to bypass verification. I'm pretty savvy with hacking and technology but down the road it may require more than just creating an account.

I think it will be possible at Amazon, as their business model is "less sellers, but good sellers", not at eBay, who wants "any, but MOAR!!!!"

If they do ever come out with this software, I cannot see them making it mandatory. Not everyone has a smartphone or a cam hooked up to their computer. I am sure it will be something optional.

If they ever did, it would face a lot of legal battles and because of that......

We would have plenty of time to figure out workarounds.

Once people get use to unlock their phone with their fingerprint and logging into Windows with their face it would easily accepted by customers and rolling out bio sign in would seem more secure. The point is to get rid of the old and accept the new, passwords and wallets will be the thing of the past.

I do not disagree that that will happen someday. But there will be court battles before anyone can make it mandatory. Can you imagine the uprise from ppl who are just afraid their faces will be uploaded into a public database for authorities to see. This falls in line with having everyone's fingerprints and having everyone micro chipped so we know where they are. I just think there will be a lot of legal battles before it happens, and legal battles can take a long long long time.

For buyers it would be like heaven and for sellers it would like hell. I don't think it would be available for merchant accounts unless banks start using bio logins.

I hate login into all my accounts non PayPal related.

Completely agree.
Theres no way civil rights movements are going to allow this sort of invasion of privacy.
And I dont see too many people agreeing to sell their entire identity just for the dubious pleasure of being able to use certain services. And if paypal insists on this (assuming they pass the legal nightamre theyre facing in even implementing it) They will lose the majority of their costumers since the whole reason for using paypal is to hide your financial information - not to expose your entire DNA makeup.

Yeah I think it will take longer than a couple of years for paypal to have face login.

Got limited on PayPal after using this stealth login face. They said they do not want to see my driver license or hold my funds for 180 days.
