attuverse worries with new accnt.

Hi I am a long time lurker and have recently made the plunge to get back on eBay. The only "issue" holding me back right now is the correct way to proceed without getting linked via ip.

The last time I tried to do a stealth myself I had it going fine but the vpn at the time dropped connection briefly and I was booted apprx. 4 days later (linked.)**ETA This was because uverse and windows 7 would reset the internet connection randomly and instantly reconnect (have to look on lower right to even notice it.) so it wasn't anything that was in control at the time.

Now I have a dedicated ip from a vendor on here, and I have a stealth (also purchased from vendor here) and the big thing for me is the possibility of the VPN loosing connection or my home network (ATT U-verse *horrible) and getting me linked.

Im really being cautious this time because like I said I got linked on my first attempt because of a loss of internet connection. Any input would be greatly appreciated. With the $20 a month VPN charge i'd like to try and avoid getting a mifi/similar for another $50 a month but if that's what it takes that's what it takes. I'm also open to using a VPS as recommended on here but I still don't see how that would be different from connecting to my dedicated ip.

*I also saw the recommended vpn safety net's but i'm unsure if those programs are enough for my situation? And I will only be operating one stealth account.

I tried to just be a browser and i've answered most of my questions myself but this is my only hangup right now. Thanks again!

There are many programs that will keep you safe if your VPN connection gets dropped. Just choose one that instantly stops all communication if it detects that the VPN has gone down.

Well, ANY VPN service can drop a connection, it happens. That is why I always recommend using a VPN monitoring program.

It really depends how you set up your VPS. Good applications normally send an instant notification with a pop-up window to let you know that your connection has dropped.

It's ALWAYS in control of you. Unless you set your connections to connect automatically, they will NOT.
