Default Spacer item effectiveness

I'd like to know your opinion, guys. For example, there are two EB / PP combos. First - sells just a high risk items, one by one, just a dumb relisting all the time, so it makes 100% of all transactions.
Second - sells like 10 non-risk items, then one high-risk item, and repeat. But that high-risk item makes like 90% of all turnover, but only a 10% of all transactions. Are these account different in the eyes of EB / PP?

It's been said on the forum that jumping in price differences - like selling lots of $5 items then jumping to $150 items the next day - can raise flags.

No, they are selling simultaneously, but the proportion is 1 to 10 (high / low risk).

Talking from my own experience:

I usually sell 30-50% of my listings as a means to generate numbers, positive feedback and up my numbers. If I make any money on it, its minimal- £1-2 per item but people are happy, easy to post and keeps everything in positive.
25% of listings are auctions only, just some general £20-40 starting price listings that almost always sell. The rest of my listings are Buy It Now with higher price points, items that I make most of my money on.

Just keep it balanced, organic and random looking.

I believe the low risk items definitely make up for the high risk, "distributing" it, if you will

although I have operated accounts that have solely sold high risk items one by one…

but accounts with more feedback are naturally stronger, so its best to keep a good amount of feedback builders selling
