Confused?? Seller limit? How many items or $'s can a brand new seller account do?
 

So for a new seller what is the selling limit?

I made a fresh brand new account and listed 3 items 0 feedback. So I went yo my seller dashboard and it says my selling limit is 100 items per month or $10,000!

I thought with new 0 feedback accounts there is a 10 item or $1000 limit per month??

Some are 1000 $25,000 and 500 50K or 30-3000 and 5-$500

Probably a host of factors - registration info, IP, how you setup, etc.

But seriously, I doubt we will manage to figure out what causes certain limits to be applied to accounts.

All business eBay accounts are eligible for 100 items allowance, in UK the value would be £3500 and I'm gessing $10000 in USA.

In the USA business or personal makes no difference for limits on new accounts.

Usually I see 100/5K or 500/25K but not 100/10K. Interesting...

yes i think i figured out how to get high selling limits

Anyways i got restricted today. They said my account is associated with a previous susnded account. The previous account was drums roll "ME' . it said the same user name..WTF

So this is what happen. Apparently Ebay and Paypal are still sharing information. Basically I created a new email with ebay and in auctions to get paid ,added it to my paypal that was tied to a bad ebay account.

it's depends how aged your account is, and how accurate information provided is.

The OP is talking about Accounts that are brand new and not used yet...so age is irrelevant since were talking about a brand new account.
