We were talking a lot about UK & USA EBAY stealth accounts,wondering possible that we can have the German/Dutch... Ebay stealth accounts?

Yes you would need to show that you were residing in that country but yes it's possible using a solid VPN / VPS service.

Its really hard to open a Dutch bank account unless you can prove you got a job in that country etc and also there are only a handful of banks there.

Also, not that many broadband providers there.

If you live and work there you should be able to sort something out, not too difficult.

But if you go there with money but no real proof of where you got it from and no job there it not happening.

Also, its a bit of a mission to get residency in NL, but its worth the hassle - you need residency papers for there to get a bank account.

^ in NL, I think only about 4 banks there so I am guessing 4 debit card accounts.

I am sure the debit card accounts will allow saving accounts so you will have some more accounts available through there.

VCC in NL are easy, cheap and fun to get and use so that's no worries.

If you are going to Dam, there are plenty of open minded people who may 'sort you out' with bank account ideas - watch out though, they like to shaft tourists so show them u aint no tourist :)
