There is a way to resolve this without calling ebay as it is a UK Ebay account.

Having a bank verified paypal account linked to the ebay will result in a 25/£750 limit when the "Request Higher Selling Allowance" link is used within My EBay.

Will do it during week and hopefully it will work as you say. At work now for weekend so won't get time to do it. Am I ok to access stealth email acct on my own IP so long as I don't actually open the message itself.
I'm sure this would be fine to do as email don't link to eBay/pp unless images were downloaded.

Hello I'm sure I've seen on uk Ebay accounts
Selling there is requirements now for new users
You need to have 10 buying feedback before you can sell on eBay also you can only bid on 2 items at a time and when you are seen to be safe from eBay then I would say eBay will increase this after to allow you to bid on more items at the same time someone who can clarify this please
