Does that namely 21 days of unavailable balance apply to every seller?
 

Hi.


I am a university student in Canada who used to need some quick cash, so I went ahead and sold 3 items out of my cat litters on ebay to help increase on my cash balance. But much to my amazement, I haven't yet been able to withdraw a single dollar of my balance due to 21 days of unavailability of new sellers balance.
I have also printed out the pertinent labels and receipt of my courier mail to paypal for a review and yet, not able to withdraw the cash stashed in my paypal account. (While I desperately need some cash this week).

I want to ask you guys if this mandatory 21 days of delayed balance applies only for EBAY sellers or this is for any seller who sells an item somewhere other than ebay?
If I can find some different online shoppings where I can sell my items and have my transferred balance immediately avaialable for withdrawal, I will not hesitate to move on to the next shopping to dispense with ebay.

These days 99.99999999% of new accounts have 21 day holds. You can get your funds cleared within 3 days after the customer receives their item and there are no problems.

You have to prove to eBay/Paypal that you are a trustworthy person before they start removing that 21 day hold.

How about posting items on websites other than ebay? Will I experience the same 21 days inconvenience?!

amazon holds 21 and 14.
paypal will require 60 days and a few transactions and $$ on other sites.

Transactions off eBay are still subject to holds. Just ship quick and make sure buyers are satisfied and should come off in no time.
