How to issue a partial refund?

Possible to do partial refund eBay?

Customer returned item.

Im trying to issue a parital refund but I cant figure it out? On ebay it only allows me to give a full refund, paypal does not allow me to refund anything because its "on hold".

Customer as selected as "no longer needed", so I dont think that is causing it....

I believe that this is one of the few cases where you have to call in for partial refund...

You can't partial refund via ebay. Only on paypal.

You also wont get your final selling fee back if you partial refund.

Open the 'view transaction, from the eBay sales record, it will take you to paypal and that is where you can issue a partial refund.

I gave up and just issued a full refund.

I think because paypal is holding my funds I can not issue a partial refund on paypal.

I accepted the return on eBay and I think that is why eBay only allows a full refund.

Speaking is not my strong point so I just issued the full refund

$100, returned open, so i charge 15% restocking fee.
