Tablet- multiple user accounts
 

Hi, thought I'd share a bit of info here, as I was looking here but couldn't find it on the forums so did some research elsewhere. Apologies if its been covered already.

On some tablets, namely google nexus 7 (and 4, 5 & 6 phones i believe), and some Samsung tablets you can install an app called 'Multirom' which allows you to boot from as many different ROMS (Operating systems) as you like.

You can also attach a hard drive to the tablet and boot ROMS from this, so you could in theory have a huge number of different ROMS with different accounts- Kind of like having a different tablet for each Ebay account. No cookies etc should ever leak through the ROMS

The Nexus 7 is cheap to pick up too- so would be a good alternative to a cheap netbook and ultra portable- just remember to log IP's and do NOT install Paypal/ebay apps.

Does anyone know if there is a cydia tweak for user accounts on an iPad/iPhone?

Agreed.
Tablet can be a band aid solution for an urgent situation but once you start using multiple users etc its just not worth the effort.
Takes money to make money. A decent laptop will actually save you money because of the increased productivity youll experience. Well worth the investment.

On my Samsung Galaxy I run "SwitchMe Multiple Accounts" app.

Works great, however I stopped using tablets because its easier and faster to get things done on a desktop or laptop, and because I couldn't figure out how to block webrtc on the tablet. Also, to copy past is not easy, and VPN does work but not flawlessly.

I would love to try out a Windows tablet, this might work out better.

get an ultrabook with very good specs and you are good to go.
get a MIFI too.
